Drawspace has a lot of lesson plans which are useful when The lessons cover everything from line, perspective, blending and colour. You have to register (free) to use the site and lesson plans. The site also host online advanced drawing classes for a fee.
kinderart.com is another site which has a lot of ideas for the art room, \i think the paper clay section is great.
